I have over 20 years of customer service and operational leadership, both in the UK and Europe, and always with an international context. I’ve worked in the Â鶹´«Ã½ Head Office since 2014, providing training and expertise on the Â鶹´«Ã½ Outreach system to our many clients around the world, and more recently directing operational activities across the organisation.
