In fact, according to recruiters surveyed,the international school teacher profile seems to be evolving to include new desirable attributes.
International schools are starting to use innovative practices to recruit from a more diverse talent pool and create new recruitment pathways. Some emphasise professional learning to encourage staff retention.
87.5% of recruitment agencies surveyed noticed international schools began their recruitment process earlier in the school year in 2020-21.
Most popular CPD formats in international schools
