Nominations are open for theÌý2022 International School AwardsÌý(ISAs).ÌýTheÌýawards, hosted by Âé¶¹´«Ã½,Ìýprovide international schools with the chance to shareÌýand be recognised forÌýgreatÌýpracticeÌýand successful initiativesÌýwithin a range of categories. These include community wellbeing and building stronger community connections, environmentalÌýinitiatives,ÌýandÌýteaching and learningÌýas well as categories that highlight innovation and creativityÌýandÌýdigital technology in learning.ÌýCategory awards also recogniseÌýDEIJ,Ìýsafeguarding,Ìýethical valuesÌýandÌýinternational impactÌýinitiatives, as well asÌýthoseÌýthat supportÌýstudentsÌýin their pathways to higherÌýand furtherÌýeducation,ÌýandÌýstrategic leadershipÌýinitiatives.Ìý
International schools are invited to submitÌýISAÌýnominations,Ìýwhich are open untilÌýThursdayÌý30thÌý³§±ð±è³Ù±ð³¾²ú±ð°ùÌý2021.ÌýAll the details, including the categories, criteria for each category,ÌýguidelinesÌýand application forms areÌýallÌýavailable on the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ website.ÌýÌý
All applications areÌýevaluated by an expert judging panelÌýbased upon the school and its context,Ìýto ensureÌýall international schools, regardless of size orÌýprestige, have the potential to win. New judges on the panel for this year includeÌýrecognised educatorsÌýAnu Monga,ÌýSamia Al Farra, andÌýAngo Mwakisu.ÌýÌý
Shortlisted schools will be announcedÌýon 17thÌýNovemberÌýand will be able to upload theirÌýISAs shortlistedÌýrecognitionÌýlogoÌýto their websiteÌýthen.ÌýThe winners, with details of their winning initiatives will beÌýannounced and recognised at aÌýliveÌývirtual ceremony onÌýTuesdayÌý18th January 2021. A recording of the ceremony will also be available to ensure accessibility to schools in all time zones.Ìý
